Our fees are structured on successful collections.
There is an initial set up fee of $55 + gst per debt lodged. We work on a No collection – No commission basis. As per our terms of trade.
Our commission is 20% + gst and it is payable on any payments made to us or its clients after the date of instruction, commission is payable on goods returned also.
If you have the correct Terms of Trade, those costs can be added to the debt (Free advice on Terms of Trade).
